Scrap-a-Palooza on January 16 is a sold-out event with 225 scrapbookers, as of this afternoon! Hope all our Scrapbook Generation "regulars" made it in on time, because it's going to be the perfect day in the midst of all this cold and snow!

We've been asked to appear on the "KSPR News at 4" program on Thursday, January 14 to talk about the event, and do a mini-demo. Either watch us live, or be sure to set your DVR!

As promised, we have between 40-50 NEW paper collections to debut at Scrap-a-Palooza that haven't been sold at SG yet. Unless I've counted wrong, that number is actually 44 awesome paper collections by both "old faithful" companies and some newer vendors. We're up to our ears in processing and pricing them, and the minute Palooza is over, we'll be racing back to SG in our trusty U-Haul truck to give the store a whole new look. (There's so much new stuff that even 225 shoppers can't make a dent in it!)

Here is a list of the new paper collections you can expect to find at Scrap-a-Palooza and at Scrapbook Generation. I have some exact names of some new groups, but not all.

Scrap Within Reach -- eight new collections by this new company;
Pink Paislee -- Cupid collection;
Best Creations -- Valentine collection;
KI Memories -- girl, boy, and child collections;
SEI -- Mimosa, Windsor, Poppy, baby, and Chocolate collections;
We R Memory Keepers -- Twirl collection;
Bella Blvd. -- home and family collection;
Paper Company -- Winter Blues, Deck the Halls, Transportation, and Blips and Bleeps collections;
BasicGrey -- Origins and Sugar Rush collections;
Cosmo Cricket -- Earth Love collection;
Creative Imaginations -- Trip and Travel, and Birthday Surprise collections;
Dream Street -- Urban Ink collection;
Daisy Bucket -- My Little Monster, Nantucket, and Little Black Dress collections;
Imaginisce -- Sweet Cheri, Let's Roll, and Perfectly Posh collections;
Jenni Bowlin -- Town Square collection;
Fancy Pants -- Vintage Valentine, Frosted, and Little Sprout collections;
October Afternoon -- Farm Fresh collection;
Making Memories -- Love Struck collection;
KaiserCraft -- Loire Valley and Pina Colada collections.

We'll also have three new collections by Nikki Sivils, Scrapbooker, but they won't technically be new at Palooza. We'll have them out this Saturday, Jan. 9.

Also brand new, small calendar and journaling sets by Elle's Studios, flowers and bling by Prima, templates by Crafters Workshop, and so much more stuff that it's impossible to list it all here! We also will have two (and possibly three) check-out lines so that your wait in line at Scrap-a-Palooza should be short and sweet!

Also, Allison's classes for Scrap-a-Palooza are posted now at scrapbookgeneration.com. They are really beautiful layouts, and you can sign up online, by phone, or in person at SG.
